Our collective goal is to establish a sustainable and diverse talent pipeline that fortifies the workforce of minority owned businesses to enhance technology capabilities and modernize operations for long term viability.

NATIONAL TECH EQUITY PROGRAM

An ecosystem of technology pathway (Cybersecurity, AI, Software Development, etc.) programs that establish a sustainable and diverse talent pipeline to enter the technology workforce. The goal is to develop and refine the skills of diverse talent from underserved communities and gain a commitment from tech enabled based to hire graduating students/apprentices further enhancing economic development and equitable access to opportunity for underrepresented demographics.

    Full Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship (Duration 1 Year Minimum) offering classroom learning and paid on-the-job training in addition to free wrap-around support services (childcare, internet, stipends, technology equipment) for participation. (3 Entry Level or Intermediate Technology Industry Certification Offered Minimum)

Mr. Gray is a disabled military veteran, cybersecurity professional, and businessman with twenty years of experience specializing in business development and digital transformation. He established the Diversity Cyber Council alongside a group of military veterans he served with as a way to improve diversity representation in the tech workforce and to create a space that empowers people to authentically commit to their growth and development without compromising their unique individuality. The Diversity Cyber Council's mission is to empower cybersecurity and technology workforce readiness programs to residents of underserved communities, enhancing diversity and inclusivity in the workforce.

CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ Program - 5 week instructor led and self study program that trains students in the fundamentals of IT and Cybersecurity in preparation for the CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ certification and entry level IT career.

Cybersecurity Pre-Apprenticeship Program - 12 week instructor led and self study program trains students in the intermediate and advanced skill sets of cybersecurity in preparation for the CompTIA Security+ certification and entry level cybersecurity career.

High School Cybersecurity Summer Youth Apprenticeship Program - 8 week instructor led and paid on the job training program that trains high school juniors and seniors the principles of IT and Cybersecurity in preparation for the CompTIA A+ certification and an entry level IT career.

The Cybersecurity Workforce Development Apprenticeship Program is a 12-month instructor-led and paid on-the-job training program designed to develop and refine the skills of underrepresented individuals to become certified cybersecurity professionals.

Cxmmunity was founded to increase diversity and equity in the gaming and esports industry. We provide technology, educational programming, infrastructure development, scholastic, and career opportunities to students and schools in need.

Our 20-Week Game Development and Design Course is designed for beginners. This program teaches users the fundamental concepts of game design and the technical processes needed to build various game types. Users will be able to sit for an examination after completing this course with ease.
